Growing Up So Fast!!!

All of my babies are growning up so fast! They are the cutest three siblings I have ever seen...I'm not biased or anything! Most of the time, they are loving eachother just like in the picture! The rest of the time, they are annoying the heck out of each other! Here are my babies taking a look at the lobsters at Red Lobster! They all think the lobster tank is just so cool!

Jada will be 8 in March and Jennika 6 in June! They are getting so big! They are both loving basketball season! Jennika has a hot little shot on her and is learning more about the game each week! Jada has been the high scorer in her games two weeks in a row! I am just like my mom and can't keep my mouth shut! I have been trying really hard not to put too much pressure on them! I want my girls to have fun! Here is a picture of each of them with their teams! Jada is in the huddle obviously saying something important! I am living the life watching these two beauties grow!!!

Here are my beautiful girls with straight hair! It took three long hours to accomplish this (Jada's took two, Jen's took one), but it was worth the huge smiles that it put on their faces and all the compliments they got at school!

My Little Man and his ABC's

Jordan is now a big, healthy two-and-a-half year old! He is not so much a baby anymore, but he will always be MY baby! Right now, he can say pretty much anything, but that doesn't mean you will understand everything that he says! When you ask him his name, he says, "Jor-em" so he's getting pretty close! He knows all of his colors and can sing the ABC's! He's still into sports big time! His favorite thing to do is turn on a game (mostly football and basketball) and mimic what he sees! He's not hard to entertain! Give him a ball (football, baseball, soccer, basketball, bowling ball etc.), and he's good to go! He also LOVES the trampoline, but he makes his sisters sit down because when they jump, he goes flying! Jordan also loves to play with cars, and for some reason, he's really into Spiderman! He's still just as sweet as he can be and is fairly easy to talk out of a fit! So far, there have been no "terrible two's" for this child! He's been nothing but a joy! He is still not potty trained, and I have decided not to push the issue. When he's ready, he'll let me know! Until then, he's fine with the way things are! I wish I could say the same!

The Holidays Are OVER!!!

I know it's been a while since I last updated...we've been busy! On Thanksgiving, we got to spend some good quality time with the Willis side of the family! We were also blessed to get to spend some time with Christopher on Thanksgiving and Christmas! Jordan was thrilled to have someone to play tackle football with on the trampoline!!! In preparation for Christmas, the kids spent some time decorating festive Christmas cookies w/ dad!

We also took a short trip to Richland Hills to visit our friends Ticen, Erin (Red), and Travis...who turned two on the 19th! Jordan and Travis are only six months apart, and, they don't know it yet, but they are going to be great friends one day!!! Here they are sharing a snack!

Christmas was great, and I am glad it is over!! We can now move on to getting this second semester over with, though, we will be extra busy as usual! Randy has started his masters degree online. He is getting a Master of Science in Enrollment Management which should help him progress in the job he is working right now. He still loves it and is hoping he can make a career of it! The girls are both in basketball now, and they start regular season play on Jan. 10...the day I turn 30! Yep, that's right, I'm an actual grown up now!!!

Nap Time

It has been a very busy season for us lately! Randy's job is going well, and they are in their busiest season of recruiting right now. Both of the girls are still doing great in school! Jada was named Super Citizen for the last six weeks in her class! They are both signed up for basketball, which Jada has already started practice, and Jennika will soon! My job is going well also. Basketball season has started, and with me coaching the 7th grade C team, I have plenty of things to keep me busy! We are anxious for the Thanksgiving holiday and for Christmas! I'm just ready for a break! With everything that's going on, we still find time to snuggle under the covers and get warm. Nap time is popular around our house, as you can see from the pictures!

HALLOWEEN!!!

Here are a few pictures of Halloween night, right before trick-or-treating! It was a beautiful night, and everyone had a lot of fun. The kids got way too much candy, and now I need to make dentist appointments for all of them. Here are my babies dressed as a Regal Princess, a Spoiled Bat, and a spider...so, so cute!!!

2nd Place...Not Too Shabby!!!

Last week was fire safety week at Bonham Elementary. Jada's class had a fire safety drawing contest, and Jada got a red ribbon for second place!!! Her friend Jadyn won the contest, and he gets to ride on a fire truck as a prize. He also gets to choose one classmate to ride with him. Jada is HOPING it is her!!! I was just proud of her for getting second place and having such a good drawing! Proud moment!!!

Hair Cut Time!!

Now, this is not Jordan's first hair cut, but it is his first to get it cut short...most of his curls are gone. We are trying to get his hair to grow out more evenly, so he can sport the curls all over! Randy's grandad used to say he had, "curls for the girls!" (so I hear, anyways). So, we are trying to get Jordan's curls ready for the girls! Randy's cousin, Mike, cut Jordans hair with the clippers...afterwards, he let Jordan try on him! So, so cute, I just had to share!
